In a city that doesn’t stop, it is so nice to be able to get a quick bite to eat. Especially a quick bite that doesn’t take you back to health teachers making you watch the Super Size Me movie.
The speedy and delicious spot? Glaze Teriyaki.
Glaze is a Seattle Style teriyaki spot found in big cities around the US. You’re probably asking what Seattle Style means… It’s the perfect combination of the tastes and ingredients of both Korean and Japanese Teriyaki.
With a meal at Glaze, customers choose the meat, rice, sauce, and salad dressing. What makes Glaze special is the options of different sauces – particularly the gluten free teriyaki sauce! If you have Celiac, all you need to do is inform the staff, and they will take good care of you and your dietary needs. I absolutely loved this spot because I rarely gets the chance to enjoy some good, gluten free teriyaki.
A quick moment of honesty: With ten days and the thousands of restaurants in New York City, I ate at Glaze three times. Whoops.
Check out my collaboration with one of my all time favs, Glaze Teriyaki.
